Position Overview The Finance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of sales commission data and related financial processes. This role involves collating and tabulating monthly commission data, calculating payouts based on approved formulas, and preparing detailed reports for management review. The position requires close collaboration with the Finance, HR, and Sales teams to reconcile commission payouts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date internal trackers. In addition, the role supports month-end closing activities, assists with expense-related tasks, and provides general administrative support to finance operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong numerical and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Benefits & Location Working Location: 158 Kallang Way, #03-05 Performance Building, Singapore Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits) Basic Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 Job Responsibilities Collate and tabulate monthly commission data from sales. Assist in calculating commission payouts based on approved formulas and commission schemes. Prepare and generate monthly commission and finance reports for management review. Support the Finance team in reconciling commission payouts against actual sales performance and targets. Maintain and update internal commission trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with HR and sales departments to resolve discrepancies or missing data. Assist with month-end closing activities related to commissions and expenses. Provide general administrative support for finance operations and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles. Knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance in Singapore.
