APAC Treasury Services Payments Investments and Product Development Solutions team is responsible for managing two key areas:
- The investment process and portfolio for APAC payment rails business, and
- The product development and solutioning across payment rails and liquidity & account solutions, working closely with country and regional product managers to ensure quality business requirements.
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will collaborate with payments product managers across functions and countries, and partner with Sales, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to manage investments and develop value-added solutions supporting clients' cash management needs.
Job responsibilities
- Track the investment progress of country regulatory/controls projects and new country capabilities for the region.
- Manage and prioritize technology investment funding and overall delivery timelines, optimizing resources and budgets.
- Assess project health and delivery status with technology partners and UAT teams, representing product management during technology releases.
- Drive product development solutions and requirements across Payment rails and Liquidity & Accounts Solutions.
- Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and market demands, identifying opportunities for new products or enhancements.
- Maintain governance and communication channels with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Coordinate with product, operations, engineering, and other partners to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
- Engage with external partners and vendors as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Payments/Transaction banking with Product delivery or management
- Strategic thinker with strong motivation and execution skills; creative problem-solver
- Proven project management experience with successful delivery history
- Deep understanding of payment products, technology, and operational processes
- Knowledge of competitive landscapes and ongoing developments
- Understanding of risk attributes of payment products
- Familiarity with client banking channels, SWIFT, local clearing systems in Asia, and reporting tools
- Self-starter with multi-tasking ability and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
