Services Solution Delivery Manager (Data Center) The Role: Strategic Service Solutions and Critical Infrastructure Fulfillment This role focuses on leading the pre‑sales design, solution architecture, and successful end‑to‑end fulfillment of service contracts for critical digital power infrastructure. You will be instrumental in developing high‑level service strategies, translating client needs into viable service solutions for data centers, and overseeing project execution to guarantee adherence to contractual objectives and quality standards. Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and pain points to proactively design and propose comprehensive service solutions for data center critical power/cooling, Smart PV, and EV chargers. Develop and execute tailored Key‑Account service strategies and build an aligned service ecosystem to meet complex industry requirements. Lead the technical service aspects of project bidding and negotiation, implement fulfillment strategies, and actively mitigate delivery risks to ensure project deliverability. Coordinate and manage internal and partner resources to ensure that service delivery and quality consistently meet both industry standards and specific customer requirements. Drive high customer fulfillment satisfaction and ensure the successful project delivery and contract completion for all assigned infrastructure products. Strategically align with customer organizations to build and lead high‑performance service teams capable of delivering complex projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline. Prior professional experience as a Service Engineer or in a technical consulting/delivery role; experience in pre‑sales support for services is highly valued. Strong project management and effective problem‑solving abilities. Possess a solid technical foundation in infrastructure concepts and demonstrated academic proficiency. Excellent presentation and public‑speaking skills for communicating complex technical solutions to client stakeholders.
