Overview

As a Vice President of Real Estate at BrainEx Realty, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. Your role will involve overseeing transactions from the initial proposal stage all the way through the marketing and closing processes.

You should have a proven track record of developing long-term client relationships, closing complex transactions, and be motivated by a success-based compensation structure. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership within the organization and will be provided with resources to support a successful career.

Responsibilities
  • Your responsibilities will include having an in-depth understanding of real estate business practices, policies, and the ability to build and manage a large sales team.
  • You should excel in various sales techniques including pre-sales, direct sales, corporate sales, and have experience working with NRI clients, channel partners, and a large broker network.
  • It will be crucial for you to expand the customer base through effective sales strategies while providing valuable information on commercial, residential, and retail property markets.
  • Your leadership qualities and ability to foster relationships will be essential for this role.
  • You will also be tasked with conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring schemes to incentivize channel partners and sales personnel.
  • Conducting pre-acquisition due diligence and market research for real estate opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Ideally, you should have direct experience in asset and property management, particularly with larger portfolios of mixed commercial and industrial properties.
  • A qualification of an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent degree is preferred for this position.
