We are partnering with a leading global financial institution that is looking for an Event Manager (Analyst level) to join their regional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving end-to-end event management and delivering impactful experiences for both clients and employees.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and manage 20+ events annually, including conferences, seminars, client appreciation, product launches, and internal engagement activities.
  • Take charge of end-to-end event logistics: design, budget management, supplier coordination, invitee and speaker management, and on-site delivery.
  • Manage hospitality programmes and sponsorship activations to enhance client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events meet business objectives and reflect the organisation's brand values.
  • Collect and analyse post-event feedback to measure success and drive improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of event management experience (from financial institutions, MNCs, or agencies).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability in handling budgets, logistics, and event systems.
  • Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times a year for events.
