Customer Service Officer #HMST

Working Hours : 7:30am to 5:45pm (M-F) & 8am to 1pm (Alt Sat) 5.5 Alt work week.
Working Location: Alexandra Road
Salary range : $2,600 - $2,800
Job Description:
Meet and greet all walk-in customers as soon as they arrive.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Interact professionally with all customers to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to offer assistance where necessary.
Record daily showroom lead traffic and assign to Sales Consultant accordingly.
Accountable for showroom cleanliness, demonstration and Company vehicles.
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as cashiers, filing, photocopying, compile reports and plan rosters.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Daily preparation for showroom for business (music, TV, upkeep accuracy of price list, specification sheet) and replenish point of sales and marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal and external customers for operation matters.
Active selling of parts, accessories, merchandising and lifestyle products to customers who visit the showroom.
Responsibility for proper billing and parts issuing.
