Regional ERP / Planning Process Excellence Specialist (Healthcare/Medical)

Department: Supply Chain

  • Define, document, and roll out standardized demand and supply planning processes across global markets, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Translate evolving business needs into clear, actionable requirements for planning systems, ERP, and related tools.
  • Support key project activities including process testing, data validation, and system readiness to enable successful rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure smooth implementation and adoption of processes and systems.
  • Drive training initiatives, stakeholder communication, and long-term governance frameworks to embed best practices in planning.
  • Contribute to broader initiatives including network optimization, ERP/system migration, process harmonization, and operational excellence programs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning and S&OP processes, with a strong understanding of end-to-end planning cycles.
  • Proven exposure to ERP or system implementation projects, ideally with experience in process design, UAT, or data migration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear solutions.
  • Effective communicator who can partner with diverse teams across functions and geographies.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to enhance process efficiency, system adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Background in Healthcare or Medical is an advantage
