Card Transaction Health Analyst

As our Spend Health System Expert, you will transform a large dataset into actionable insights to help the Product team make data-driven decisions and drive product optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with card product teams across regions to understand data requirements and develop impactful, actionable insights.
- Create, build, and maintain dashboards that effectively communicate data insights.
- Dedicate up to 70% of time to project-based initiatives and 30% to operational tasks including performance tracking on key health indicators and trends.
- Independently investigate transaction processing behaviors and develop metrics to monitor the health of card payment systems.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to product optimization.
- Develop a deep understanding of the card payment landscape; knowledge of Visa and Mastercard regulations is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.
- Understanding of local card regulations and Visa/Mastercard regulations.
- Certification in data analysis or related fields.
