Talent Acquisition – Group Level (50%) Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for group-level positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with talent needs. Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and efficient process management. Support employer branding initiatives and promote Apache Footwear Group as an employer of choice. Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment metrics. Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters. Executive Support to CHRO (35%) Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items and follow-ups. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership. Support the CHRO in tracking strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder engagements. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. HR Operations – Singapore Office (15%) Support daily HR operations, including maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations. Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services. Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation as required. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
