Principal/Lead Consultant Program Director

• You have a strong background in project management, with experience in agile methodologies. You have held roles as a Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master within SAFe projects. You have also played a key role in building Agile Ways of working transformation programs for client IT organizations. Your ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants is proven, and you excel in collaborating with client teams, vendors, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.You hold at least one recognized project management certification, such as PMI-PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, CAPM, or CSM. Your proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and PM tools such as Jira, Clarizen, Clarity, Change-point, and Planview is commendable.In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex engagements for companies of various sizes across the globe. You will focus on Project Management tracks with an emphasis on Digital offerings, Digital transformation Roadmap, and Digital Innovation methodologies. Your expertise will be crucial in leading engagements related to transformation management office and Agile work methodologies.You will champion a customer-centric mindset culture that focuses on digital innovation, from ideation to commercialization. Your role will involve helping businesses innovate for future profitability, improve performance, and address complex industry and market challenges. Leading large-scale projects through their full lifecycle, in collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.As a competency leader, you will drive the development and implementation of program management capabilities across the practice. Mentorship to a team of high-performing consultants and active participation in firm-building initiatives will also be part of your role. You will contribute to next-generation banking thought leadership, building business strategy/value-driven propositions, and accelerating solution design capabilities for banking transformation engagements.You should have 10-20 years of experience, with at least 6+ years of leading large programs in top-tier consulting firms post MBA, preferably in Project Management/Program Management/PMO/Transformation Realization Office specializing in banking and financial institutions. An MBA from a top-tier institution is required, along with experience in Management Consulting, preferably with big 4 firms or other IT-enabled services equivalent firms.Your proven track record should include leading at least 8 large-scale business transformation or technology-enabled transformation programs. You should demonstrate the ability to manage extensive teams, build strong client relationships, and execute complex programs effectively within time and budget constraints, delivering measurable value.Fluency in the local language and a strong track record of client relationship management in the hiring countries are essential. Experience in high-value projects involving interaction with CxOs, top management executives, local banks/FIs, and sales experience in the local market is desired. Your expertise in developing and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS) will be crucial for project clarity, task division, and risk identification. Implementing and leading process-driven delivery methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and structured project execution, are also vital skills for this role.,
