What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping companies and candidates achieve their goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Building Careers : Guide professionals through the Singapore and APAC talent markets , helping them navigate their career journeys.
• Connecting Talent : Partner with leading corporations and startups to identify and recruit exceptional talent .
• Advising Clients : Provide tailored recruitment solutions, deliver market insights, and advise on hiring trends.
• Driving Success : Meet and exceed sales targets , leveraging KPIs to manage your performance.
• Expanding Your Network : Cultivate professional relationships in Singapore and APAC , becoming a trusted advisor in your specialisation.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 years of recruitment experience in an agency and/or in-house setting, preferably within legal, financial services, technology, and/or healthcare & life sciences sectors.
• Strong research and market intelligence skills, with the ability to source top talent and stay informed on industry trends.
• A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
