Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and system requirements to design comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform various testing types: functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate end-to-end trade life cycle activities, including trade booking and execution, risk assessment, trade confirmations, settlements and reconciliation Log, manage, and track defects using test management tools such as JIRA and ALM. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, QA leads, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. Required Qualifications: 3 years of manual software testing experience, with 2+ years in Capital Markets domain. Solid understanding of workflows and products within Equities, FX, Fixed Income, or Derivatives. Strong experience in test documentation and defect management. Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar test and defect tracking systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
