Check out our DEI initiatives: MISSIONS Department Description Societe Generale (SG)’s Debt Capital Markets group advises issuers (corporates, financial institutions and public-sector entities) on their issuance strategy in the primary debt capital markets and executes related transactions. We handle projects that help clients at major milestones and connect issuers and investors through our global fixed income platform. Our DCM team in Singapore actively arranges international bonds for clients across South East Asia and India, working with corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors and governments across asset classes including Senior, Subordinated, and Project Bonds. We place emphasis on ESG leadership and advise on the optimal approach and structure for Sustainable Bonds when applicable. We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Debt Capital Markets team in Singapore to be a key member of client origination, structuring and execution activities. You will join a dynamic and ambitious team focused on delivering tailored solutions for clients. Qualifications PROFILE The DCM Team is looking for an experienced DCM Analyst to join the existing team in Singapore. The candidate will play an important role in adding value to new and existing client relationships, participating in origination, structuring and execution across a wide range of debt capital market transactions. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2-3 years of relevant experience in a DCM department supporting senior originators, or equivalent IB experience Experience in Asian debt capital markets, ideally covering South East Asia and India Product knowledge: IG & HY bonds, USD bonds (SEC-registered, 144A, Reg S, Formosa), EUR & GBP bonds, Private Placements (all currencies), Project Bonds, Sustainable Bonds Track record of working with team members regionally and globally to identify capital market trends and address clients’ needs Strong communication skills and ability to generate pitch material that is clear, structured, compelling, and comprehensive Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or a professional financial qualification BEHAVIORAL SKILLS Client - Client focus: I put long term relationships with our clients at the center of my actions, whatever my position Team Spirit - Collective mindset: I favour the team’s interest over my own results Innovation - Simplification: I make things and ideas simple Responsibility - Accountability: I make decisions within my scope of responsibilities Responsibility - Performance: I strive for high performance Commitment - Sustainability: I strive to develop my skills and knowledge Note: We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
