Your core responsibilities will be: Overall responsible for formulating BASEA portfolio approach with clear guidance to Affiliates and for monitoring adherence to agreed principles. Responsible for future launch roadmaps, market development strategy, overseeing launch excellence and post-launch execution across BASEA. Responsible for monitoring market and competitor dynamics across markets and turning insights into actionable advice and guidance. Overall responsible for securing fact-based development of BASEA main strategic focus areas and propose, manage and implement actions to pursue these. Responsible for addressing market access challenges including advising BASEA CVP and guiding Affiliates during major price and reimbursement negotiations with payers and healthcare authorities. Overall responsible for Commercial Effectiveness in BASEA, including guidance to the affiliates on incentive schemes and KPIs, dedicated CE assessments and consultancy on optimal share of voice, field force sizing and resource allocation. Responsible for optimizing customer engagement and relationship management, ensuring customer engagement execution is on track to support company sales and marketing objectives, and aligning with overall business goals Qualifications Master’s degree or other relevant academic background in business, economics or related field. 10+ years of experience within commercial healthcare functions.
