We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and success of our agent products. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy & roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ‘delightful’ products that meet agent needs, elevate their experiences and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop & execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s overall business & product objectives.Identify opportunities & threats through market research, competitor analysis and feedback.Reimagine the web & mobile app experiences of our agents and validate hypotheses through experimentations.
Drive speed on ideation, planning, design & development of new impactful products and features.
Work closely with engineering, design & marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors who may have cutting edge solutions and/or content.
Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.
Communicate product plans, progress & insights to key stakeholders and leadership.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
A seasoned professional with competency in data analysis and interpretation, making data-driven decisions.
Strong empathy for users and ability to understand their needs and challenges.
Understands what good experience means and love partnering with UX/UI, research & engineering team to deliver it.
Ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting priorities.
An all-round team player with excellent communication & collaboration skills.
A leader who is self-motivated, has strong ownership & outcome-driven.
Experienced with machine learning and AI.
Relevant domain knowledge is a plus.
