Responsibilities:
Proactively research and identify emerging technologies aligned with our business needs and strategic goals. Evaluate the potential impact of new technologies through thorough research and analysis. Develop and present compelling business cases for the adoption of emerging technologies. Lead the development and execution of proof-of-concept projects to showcase the value proposition of new technologies. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful integration of new technologies into existing workflows. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to facilitate user adoption of new technologies. Champion a culture of innovation and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on emerging technologies. Monitor industry trends and maintain awareness of the latest technological advancements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical business partnership role. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations. Proven ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships across IT and business teams. Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies. Passion for technology and a strong desire to drive innovation. Experience with RPA, AI, and/or advanced productivity tools (a plus).
