Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Technology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our technology development projects. As a key member of our Technology Project Office Team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of scaled technology deliveries, working closely with engineering colleagues to ensure the development of software and hardware solutions, and collaborating with operations colleagues to develop underlying manufacturing and test processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality, to develop and implement technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure effective project governance, including decision-making, review meetings, and dependency tracking.
  • Manage project risks, including identification, mitigation, and escalation.
  • Establish and maintain a well-functioning cross-functional team, including workstream leads and stakeholders.
  • Plan project tasks and activities, ensuring coordination across workstreams and other activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on consumer electronics engineering project management experience, preferably in robotics, mechatronics, mechanical, electronics, systems, or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills, with the ability to engage with all parts of the project organization and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to travel as necessary, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
