About the role:
As our Regional Partnerships Lead, VC/Startup Ecosystem you are responsible for business growth through our investors and startup ecosystem channel partners portfolio. Working closely with Head of Partnerships, market General Managers and Channel Partnerships lead you will own, design, implement, and manage our channel partnership strategy covering investors and startup ecosystem partners including but not limited to Incubators, Accelerators,VCs and other ecosystem partners. You will be taking ownership of the new business acquisition and revenue for start-ups partnerships segment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, own and execute channel partnerships strategy for the VC/Startup ecosystem vertical Identify, negotiate and on-board key channel partners to drive business growth Develop partner engagement best practices through events to drive start-up acquisitions Establish Aspire as a thought leader within start-up ecosystem Lead the execution of “Aspire for Startups” program Build a winning value proposition with the partners to drive acquisition Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership programMinimum requirements:
8 - 10 years of experience dealing with partnerships or business development in a bank, fintech or B2B tech company Experience in managing partnerships across VC/Startup ecosystems across APAC Strong network with the investors and founders communities across the region Proven track record of driving growth and partnerships strategies Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset Possesses analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skillsWhat we offer
