Key Responsibilities

Communication Management

  • Handle day-to-day communications within and outside the organization, manage emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring all communications are directed to the appropriate departments.

Document and Database Management

  • Maintain accurate company records and databases, organize documents in both physical and digital formats.

Office Supplies and Equipment Management

  • Ensure the office is well-stocked and all equipment is functioning properly through effective inventory management and vendor liaison.

Human Resources Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Facility Management

  • Oversee the maintenance of the office environment, managing cleaning, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.

IT Coordination

  • Collaborate with IT support to ensure technological systems are functioning efficiently and manage software updates and troubleshooting.

Event Planning

  • Assist in organizing company events, coordinating logistics to ensure successful execution.

Problem Solving and Decision Making

  • Resolve administrative issues and challenges efficiently, using effective decision-making skills to maintain office efficiency.

Project Assistance

  • Support various departmental projects by providing administrative assistance, tracking project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements
