About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key IT accounts. You will function as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying their needs and tailoring solutions that align with their long-term goals. By leveraging your deep understanding of the IT landscape and your exceptional relationship-building skills, you will play a key role in exceeding revenue targets, fostering client loyalty, and propelling our company's success.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of assigned high-value IT accounts, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. Develop and implement strategic account plans, aligned with client objectives and market trends. Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations. Proactively identify new business opportunities and present impactful solutions that address client challenges. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct thorough competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that are mutually beneficial. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize client relationships. Prepare presentations, reports, and forecasts to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of proven experience in IT account management, preferably within the IT Consulting/Solutioning industry. A strong track-record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships. Deep understanding of the IT landscape, emerging technologies, and their business implications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex projects effectively. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field required.
