The Alliance Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, partners, and organizations. This role will require a strong understanding of the industry, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive mutual growth opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Executing GTM strategies with AWS  

  • Key customer tri-party engagements with AWS and key government agencies or customers.  

  • Foster collaboration between the alliance partners and sales teams 

Partnership Development: 

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals. 

  • Develop and implement strategies for creating and maintaining alliances. 

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits. 

Relationship Management: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters. 

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring continuous alignment and collaboration. 

  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the partnership. 

Strategic Planning: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives. 

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. 

  • Develop and execute plans to leverage partnerships for business growth and expansion. 

​Performance Monitoring: 

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships against agreed objectives and KPIs. 

  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance to senior management. 

  • Identify areas for improvement and work with partners to enhance outcomes. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support partnership initiatives. 

  • Ensure clear and effective communication channels are maintained with all stakeholders. 

  • Organize and lead regular partnership meetings, workshops, and events. 

Qualifications: 

  • Somebody who can execute activities that generates direct pipeline impact 

  • Somebody in the industry that is connected to the cloud ecosystem 

  • Somebody who has experience in structuring programs.  

  • Somebody who understands the complexities of the alliances 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related role. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships. 

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically. 

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Metrics related to co sell
