We are recruiting for a leading logistics/industrial fund management firm, they would like to add a real estate fund analyst to support its real estate segregated mandate.

You will be responsible for supporting the Fund Managers on appropriate investment decisions based on quantitative analyses; undertaking modelling of potential investment opportunities this will include undertaking financial analysis (budgeting and forecasting) and modelling.

You will also ensure accuracy of financial models; developing and utilising predictive mathematical and financial models to enhance return and interpret financial information. You will be contributing to risk analyses and suggested investment strategies, address and liaise requirements for investors. You will be assisting in the preparation of investor and Board reports on a regular basis; involved in acquisition and divestment process as required and providing market research support to transactions/asset management activities.

Requirements:

Degree Qualified preferably from a reputable education institution and have about 2-3 experience with a real estate investment firm. Candidate with finance/accountancy background and looking to transit and step into fund management will also be considered.

You are highly numerical with the ability to connect the dots. You are a self-starter, with a positive attitude and high commitment level.

Senior Analyst

Position Reports to: Head of Funds Management and Corporate Development

Work as part of a growing SEA Logistics Funds Management team to support in various roles including financial modelling and analysis, investment papers, investor reporting, research, and other tasks as required.

Performance Measures:

Ability to deliver accurate, quality work independently including financial modelling, investment memos/papers, and investor reporting in a timely mannerAbility to support the funds management team in all work streamsSatisfactory level of support provided to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial modelling Understanding and application of basic finance and accountingAbility to model real estate developments, re-developments, investments, and disposals together with relevant financingFund level financial modellingIRR analyses and full BS, CF, and IS financial modellingAbility to run financial analyses and sensitives for purposes of assessing investmentsAbility to extract relevant data for presentation purposes Investment memos / papers Support the funds management team in the preparation of all investment memos and approval papers Investor reporting and presentations Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to investorsPreparation of presentation material for investors, vendors, tenants, and others Other work as required to support the funds management team

The Candidate:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentPreferably with a strong background in real estate private equity with experience in financial modelling, transaction due diligence, and investment analysis.Highly numerate and IT literate in MS Office.An eye for details and high level of professional discipline.Good analytical and interpersonal skillsAt least 2 years of working experience in similar position
