Description

Provide support to the Head, Technology (Malaysia) on the following

Secretariat to IT Steering Committee Meeting with CEO and also IT Management Meeting Research, draft and prepare materials with minimal guidance before final approval Key person for Head of Technology Office department on Financial analysis and budget coordinatorRisk & Compliance mattersTraining and Staff Development Tracking Provides assistance and represents the Head of Technology, as appropriate, in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Completes critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; making adjustments to plans. Independently researches, prioritizes, and follows up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Head of Technology, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determines appropriate course of action, referral, and/or response. Manages the confidential information and support needs for various initiatives, workgroups, and special projects. Assists in planning meetings and developing agendas. Compiles and prepares meeting materials, equipment and resources. Confidential preparation, distribution and record keeping of session notes and documentation. Maintains familiarity with Corporation and division activities, including organization, workflow, and operations.

Reporting to:

Head of Technology Malaysia

Qualifications

Degree Holder preferably related to Information Technology / Business Administration / Finance Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus. Highly compliancy Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and team player. Able to work with cross border colleagues.
