The Role

A) Achieve financial goals of PLS.
B) Assist the Business Manager in planning and implementing the marketing plans for PLS.
C) Support Business Development in the area of project management for new products and services.

Key accountabilities

A) Achieve or exceed annual sales targets set while maintaining PLS profitability.
B) Promote PLS products and services to clients by regular clinic visits, client engagement and negotiation.
C) Assist clients with PLS account opening, digital results platform sign up and profile creation.
D) Monitor and update competitors’ activity and products and provide feedback promptly.
E) Identify, segment and pursue clients to increase PLS revenue.
F) Account maintenance for key users of PLS, develop new users and convert non PLS clients.
G) Assist by proving feedback from clients to Ops, CS & ITD team for related issues.
H) Provide monthly update of clients’ revenue Build and maintain positive working relationships with client to ensure loyalty and continuity of PLS business.
I) Work with the Business Development Deputy Manager to carry out strategic marketing plans to gain market share.
J) Execute marketing strategies developed by Deputy Managers.
K) Suggest and recommend creative sales models to entice clients to use PLS products and services.
L) Keep detailed records of all contacts and engagements.
M) Organize and participate in client networking sessions to develop PLS – client working relationship.
O) Assist to promote activities/ campaigns rolled out by Corporate Marketing that are synergistic for PLS.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / A Level
Basic Degree

Additional Information

At least 1=2 years of work experience.
Knowledge of clinical laboratory and healthcare industry a plus.
IT literate.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure
