Job Purpose:

We are seeking an individual who will play an active role to drive the adoption of Design for Data practice in DBS. The Design for Data programme ensure that the technology products/services in the bank continuously capture data for long-term improvement. The ideal candidate is interested in driving impact through data, meticulous and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an environment that is constantly evolving.

Responsibilities: This role will be part of the DataFirst team in the Transformation Group. The role provides programme management support for the adoption and scale up of Design for Data within the bank. The responsibilities include: Liaise with various business groups across the bank to track the progress in their adoption of Design for Data practice.  Identify areas of improvements in the programme and implement the proposed changes.  Plan and manage internal training related to the programme. Generate and prepare reports for regular updates Create and refresh Design for Data training content. Plan for internal communications to drive the adoption of Design for Data.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 - 6 years of programme management or project coordination experience, preferably in financial/technology sectors. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. Resourceful and able to resolve problems and issues creatively. Team player with a strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work cross-functionally. Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and precision. Goal-oriented and highly adaptable.
