Assist the Engineer in the implementation of quality activities to ensure that product quality specifications are compliant with quality standards and requirements Maintain QC policies and standards (for e.g. ISO Quality Management Standards) for product assessment, technical service and vendors evaluations Implement improvement activities to ensure quality products are delivered to customers. Analyze outgoing quality data and monthly charts for continual improvement. Ensure quick response to Abnormality Quality Notifications (AQN) Claims, which involves verifying claim against incoming quality control (IQC) reports, conducting failure analysis of returned "No Good" parts and generating reports for management actions. Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventative actions for AQN claims. Job Requirements NTC/ITE in Engineering Able to use basic measuring tools for e.g., vernier caliper and micrometer Basic Computer Skills
