Manager, Sustainability

As a Manager, Sustainability, you will conduct presentations to educate and inform both internal and external stakeholders on the changes and how these changes will impact the environment and the workplace. Regular tracking of our internal stakeholder’s sustainability performance by ensuring each property keep proper records of energy, water and waste amount and they are also meeting the Group’s sustainability goals.

You will review and help identify inefficiencies in the properties and work out measures with the site team to improve them in the most financial sustainable ways, as well as working together with Green Mark consultants, Design team and Project team in green certifications of new and retrofitting projects.

You need to work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to educate and inform them on the importance of sustainability and how they will impact the environment, financial and workplace. You asses sustainability performance of each property by keeping track of energy, water and waste amount on monthly basis to ensure targets are met and propose and develop initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of Sustainability Roadmap

Develop sustainability roadmap which covers environmental, social, governance and financial aspects for the GroupSet short and long-term targets and KPI for various business units and stakeholders Promote sustainability culture within the organisationPropose green initiatives for implementation

Stakeholders Engagement

Engage various internal and external stakeholders on their sustainability related concerns and issuesStudy and analyse how the materiality issues business and operations and the impacts of business operations to the environment and community.Ensure stakeholders’ concerns and issues are addressed and resolved.

Sustainability Reporting

Compile all data submitted by various properties and submit to management regularly to update on the monthly performanceMonitor, review and improve sustainability performance Prepare annual sustainability reportConduct annual audits for building performance on all properties which include properties in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China.

Sustainability Initiatives Implementation

Assist project/property management teams in green building certifications such as Green Mark and NABERS certification.Work with Sustainability Task Force to implement sustainability initiativesCommunicating and marketing sustainability campaigns to internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

You possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with qualifications relevant to sustainability will be an advantage. You have at least8-10 years’ working experience with audit, sustainability and data analysis, experience working in overseas and dealing with multi-national working partners will be an advantage.

Manager, Sustainability

The Manager, Sustainability, champions the Group Sustainability cause to meet the Group Sustainability goals. Responsible for communicating and promoting the sustainability goals to all stakeholders to rally for their supports.

Conduct presentations to educate and inform both internal and external stakeholders on the changes and how these changes will impact the environment and the workplace. The Manager, Sustainability, needs to work closely with all internal and external stakeholders in the following:-

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline. Qualifications relevant to sustainability will be an advantage. Minimum 5-10 years’ working experience with audit, sustainability and data analysis.
