Overview

This pivotal position within the Group Sustainability division involves collaborating with various internal teams to execute a net zero strategy, conduct climate risk evaluations, and spearhead multiple reporting efforts in accordance with GRESB, UNPRI, GRI, and CSRD standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation and execution of a net zero strategy, ensuring regular reporting and management of associated data.
  • Assess and identify opportunities for emission reductions and strategic pathways.
  • Oversee the climate risk assessment process and its corresponding reporting.
  • Direct the annual benchmarking for GRESB and UNPRI, including providing recommendations to enhance sustainability practices in line with these frameworks.
  • Assist in the writing and publication of the annual sustainability report.
  • Contribute to various sustainability initiatives, including investor engagement surveys regarding ESG issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or a related discipline.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in a corporate environment with a focus on sustainability and climate risk.
  • Proven experience in establishing and executing corporate emissions reduction targets in accordance with industry standards, such as the Science-Based Target Initiative (SBTi).
  • Familiarity with key methodologies related to energy and carbon reduction in the built environment, including energy assessments, carbon footprinting, life cycle assessments, and carbon management.
  • Knowledgeable about reporting frameworks such as GRESB, UNPRI, GRI, TCFD, and CSRD.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
