Job Description
Seconded role onto Financial Services client account supporting Workplace Strategy and Design matters for APAC portfolio. This role reports to APAC Workplace Strategy and Design Lead Data analysis of regional occupancy stats and benchmarking Coordinate with Country Real Estate Heads to develop headcount projections for each site / project Review utilisation data, HR data and headcount projections. Coordinate with Country Real Estate Heads to understand required capacity Support Workplace Strategy and Design Lead to run space requirement scenarios, and develop recommendation and engagement decks Support on-boarding of Interior Design / Workplace Strategy consultants and advise on applicable design guidelines to ensure consistent delivery across the region
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or Business, or equivalent corporate experience 5+ years of experience in similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able communicate clearly and effectively, both in verbal and written form. Demonstrated ability to communicate objectives and progams effectively Able to quickly understand complex issues, clearly articulate the impacts to stakeholders and develop a plan of action. Prior design experience is a plus but not a pre-requisite for this role
