About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our APAC Strategy & Portfolio Management team in driving innovation strategy at Haleon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the APAC Innovation Lead in driving multi-BU projects and coordinate with BU/R&D on implementation and progress of key projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to support 3-1 plan and quarterly region portfolio review, and optimize the current region innovation management system to drive high efficiency and agility.
  • Conduct post-launch review analysis and generate insights to inform future innovation strategies.
  • Collaborate with BUs on the execution of key strategic projects and support the Innovation Lead in co-working with stakeholders across the organization.
Learning Outcomes
  • Gain a deep understanding of region strategy in the fast-moving consumer health area and experience the day-to-day operations in driving innovation strategy and business.
  • Develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and develop business acumen through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.
  • Improve stakeholder management skills by working with stakeholders across the organization, including global, region, and BU, and multi-functions including R&D, marketing, and QSC.
  • Gain business management skills by understanding how to market a product in an ethical environment, and discover individual strengths, interests, and suitability for the commercial arena.
Requirements
  • Education: Preferably majoring in Business, Management, or Marketing.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Deadline-driven, flexible, and self-reliant with a strong drive for performance and attention to details.
  • Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve.
