Business Development, Executive

We are currently seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for shaping our initial partnership strategy, essential for launching and amplifying the growth of our partner program. This individual will take on the task of bringing potential partners on board, structuring agreements, and effectively overseeing novel strategic connections to propel partner engagement. There is also the potential for involvement in activities like market analysis, sales methodologies, client/vendor rapport, and broader initiatives for advancing business.

Role & Responsibilities:

Refine our ideal partner profiles, and engage in market research to seek additional partner typesConduct market research and develop strategies to find and manage new partnershipsEstablish and communicate objectives and reporting for each partner relationship, externally and internallyPerform monthly partner reviews of goals and refine forecases to continually optimize partnership modelsContinually identify ways to improve results and partner engagementDrive partner engagement by understanding each partner’s motivation and goals, and finding scalable ways to regularly engage and excite partnersDesign effective partner co-marketing campaigns and materials with the help of marketingCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and integration of partnershipsHave a deep understanding of our product and services, industry trends, competitive landscape, partners’ needs, and the role of partners in driving successIdentify opportunities for value-addes collaboration that benefit both partiesBe involved in negotiations with partners on collaboration details and execution of the partnership, including manage the different stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to grow local collaborations into regional or strategic partnerships

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in BusinessStrong account management capabilities with proven track record in partnership management, business development, or related rolesStrong negotiation skills, communication and interpersonal skillsKeen aptitude for networkingAnalytical mindset and ability to assess partnership viabilityDisplay the capacity for strategic thinking and the ability to discern opportunities with mutual advantagesSelf-motivated and able to work independently
