Job Description:

We're in search of a dynamic, seasoned Partner Relationship Manager to join our ASEAN team. In this role, you'll spearhead the management and growth of strategic partnerships with crucial stakeholders across the region, including consulting firms, technology partners, and other industry entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster and nurture robust relationships with current partners while scouting for fresh collaboration prospects within the ASEAN region.

- Partner with stakeholders to craft unified business strategies and blueprints aimed at bolstering revenue streams and widening market reach.

- Serve as the primary liaison for partners, furnishing them with essential assistance, training, and resources to ensure seamless integration and utilization of our solutions.

- Conduct periodic partner evaluations, offering insights to enhance partner efficacy and drive business outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing units to craft and execute collaborative marketing and sales endeavors with partners.

- Stay abreast of industry shifts, competitive dynamics, and regulatory alterations to pinpoint potential partnership openings and maintain a competitive edge.

- Represent the company at industry gatherings, conferences, and partner assemblies to advocate for our solutions and fortify brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field of study.
  • Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the Governance, Compliance, or Risk sector.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of cultivating and overseeing successful partnerships specifically within the ASEAN territory.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation competencies, coupled with the capacity to forge enduring partnerships.
  • Showcase a comprehensive grasp of the ASEAN market dynamics, regulatory framework, and prevailing industry trends.
  • Display adeptness in both autonomous and collaborative work settings within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Display readiness to undertake travel as necessary within the ASEAN region.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional ASEAN languages considered advantageous.
