Position:

To promote the FENDI brand awareness through the implementation of effective marketing and communications programs, specifically Events and Media, in Singapore, Malaysia, and supporting other SEA markets.

Together with the Assistant Marketing Manager, SEA strategizes the brand development and initiatives, aligning with merchandising and retail under global brand guidelines and parameters.

Job responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, this position supports the marketing functions of FENDI SEA.

Marketing:

Support for marketing and communications activities within SEA Assist in preparation of proposals and budgeting for all events Inter-department collaborations with merchandising team, retail teams and Omni-channel teams. Keep abreast of competitor communications strategies and track their activities in the market.

PR:

Establish and strengthen partnerships and connection with SEA Key Press and stakeholders Support in KOL communications strategy including celebrity and KOL management Assist in planning of media partnerships to communicate brand stories and messages Sample buy and inventory management Regular weekly collaboration with APAC team on daily, weekly, monthly campaign reports

Event Management:

Plan & execute product launches, PR and in-store events in line with the brand guidelines and objectives

Media:

Assist in supporting the manager on planning and managing print and outdoor advertising Explore new print and OOH opportunities Support in Media budget management Work closely with Merchandising & Visual Merchandising teams for new product launches. Support Manager in handling all client queries and complaints in media.

Digital:

Support in managing LINE content calendar and monitoring campaign performance Communicate media briefs and compile plans with digital agencies Update brand assets on landlord’s digital touchpoints in a timely manner Prepare regular and ad-hoc social media tracking reports

General Administration

Filing of documents Tracking reception of all magazines, samples, gifts, look books etc. Verification of invoices for local and international courier services every month with supporting documentation to finance team Assist in coordination of all event logistics and preparation Assist with event management during event

Profile:

Requirements

Ideally, 2-3 year of marketing experience in the fashion retail industry Good time management skills Good communication skills Meticulous to details Good willingness to be hands-on
