Responsibilities: 

The HR Specialist will provide a full spectrum of HRservices for the Business Units present in Singapore, ensuring a consistent andintegrated approach to HR activities and solutions in PropertyGuru. In thisaspect, the HR responsibilities and deliverables will include implementing andmonitoring HR policies and procedures that involve compensation and benefits,employee engagement, performance management and HR matters. Overall, the rolewill work closely with the Head of HR in broader HR management areas and ensuresuccessful implementation of human resources projects, programs and policies tosupport the ongoing business requirements

Provide HR generalist and advisory services to the Business Units and functions (Corporate Functions + Product & Technology) present in Singapore, and ensure a consistent and integrated approach to HR activities and solutions in PG Provide a full spectrum of HR services including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagements Supporting Head of HR for Corporate Functions & Singapore on local and regional initiatives including cyclical HR programmes and strategic programmes, initiatives and launchesCollaborate with P&C Centres of Expertise on program design, implementation and exectutionSupport on Talent Acquisition management and onboarding/orientation for new hires 
Ensure compliance to regional or local policies, legal or any statutory requirements under employment legislation Ensure timely communication of changes in policies, programs and procedures Assist in implementing compensation and benefits procedures, such as our annual reward cycleSupport and facilitate PG culture engagement activities such as corporate social responsibility event, team bonding & learning / development events, for Singapore site,Singapore Marketplaces and/or regional MarketplacesLiaise with Regional HR to resolve any local HR Operations concerns Handle aspects of personnel administration, payroll and benefits process, employee queriesSupervise Office Administrator as requiredMaintain accurate HR data through HRIS Support Regional T&A and L&D department projects and tasks (Adhoc) Acting as HR Manager in absence of HR Director (Adhoc) 

Requirements:

Should possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong business acumen Strong critical thinking abilities Effective communication style, experienced in cross-functional collaborations. Stress resilient, ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make thoughtful decisions leveraging data and insights.
