Job Purpose
Support senior colleagues in the design, development, testing, configuration and implementation of Human Resources (HR) applications activities.

Applications Software Management
• Manage requests and incidents from eConnect and GHRIT Mailbox. Resolve or escalate to other team members where appropriate.
• Participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand user requirements and conduct requirements analysis.
• Assist in solution design, development, testing, configuration etc.
• Carry out static analysis tasks to evaluate design quality.
• Assist with the development of the test plans and test cases.
• Identify stakeholders participating in testing activities.
• Collect and analyse test execution results.
• Obtain and consolidate regular feedback from users.
• Support in continuous improvement efforts (. RPA) to enhance performance and provide increased functionality. Assist in script maintenance and updates to accommodate changes in requirements and/or implementation.
• Support in the releases of software application versions and features.
• Develop and manage data dictionary, system guides and support in training end users on the usage of HR applications, enhancement features etc.
• Perform mass load requests in Development, UAT and Production as per intake from ServiceNow (“eConnect”).
• Work in partnership with HR on any HR Process improvements related to the HR Application Systems.
• Involvement in GHRIT planned projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Solution Delivery Process Guide (SDPG) and the organization's Policy and Operating Manuals.

Documentation, Reporting, Insights & Analytics 
• Prepare requirements documentation, descriptions of interfaces, and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document processes and test results surrounding the software architecture, application design processes, component integration, testing guidelines and other key elements.
• Participate in the internal and external compliance audits when called upon (including the provision of audit request items, interviews, .

Key Result Areas
• Issues and Incidents raised in eConnect and the team’s Functional Mailbox are addressed or/and escalated in accordance with the company’s existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework . 1-3 working days for non-complex issues. 3-5 working days for complex issues. Status update to customer is essential if more time is needed. 
• Detailed Quality Assurance testing . taking into account all the different scenarios to test and inclusion of documented expected results for each
• HR and other stakeholder satisfaction in the guidance and direction provided on HR Systems and related IT processes. Measurable reduction in HR requests is an indicator of successful guidance and education.
• Successful involvement in GHRIT planned projects, measured against objectives and milestones.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

General Experience
Associate Specialist role - Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (Over 7 to 18 months) 
or
Specialist role - Experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision.
(Over 18 months to 4 years)

• Minimum 1.5 years relevant experience supporting and administering SaaS HR systems (. Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), SAP, Workday,
• Demonstrated methodical and analytical abilities
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
• 1.5 to 3 years experience in supporting HR Applications from the configuration and IT administrationperspective
• Experience working with end users to provide technical/functional support
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of HR business processes and translating related policies and processes into system configuration
• Experience working in a global environment
• Role level to be determined commensurate with experience
