Partner Specialist

About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and executing MongoDB’s cloud partner strategy across ASEAN. Leading the strategic pursuit and will be the deal maker across AWS, Microsoft, Google. This individual will own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with Cloud Partners in ASEAN and will be responsible for generating incremental pipeline,, growing deal size and accelerating sales cycle with the cloud partners.
The Partner Sales team focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a pipeline generation strategy through Partners within assigned territories, resulting in aggressive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.

Your mission:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Partners - APACDevelop regional cloud partner strategy. Owning Cloud Partners relationships with AWS, Google and Microsoft across South East AsiaProactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline through our Cloud PartnersWork with our Sales team to close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual objectivesRecruit and build strong and effective partner relationships, resulting in growth opportunities and execution against champion plansLead engagement to develop cloud partners sales, pre-sales capabilities in line with our strategy of amplifying partners with capabilities and certifications to deliver for their customersDrive optimal engagement between MongoDB sales teams and cloud partners on execution of sales strategyWork with partner marketing to plan and implement marketing events and scale activities for pipeline generationParticipate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programsRequirements
The ability to work in fast paced environment, be trusted to drive initiatives autonomously and gain buy in from a wide collection of stakeholdersAbility to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology through presentation, verbal and written communicationPossess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
