We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead our innovation and technology initiatives as the Head of Innovation and Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision that leverages emerging technologies to drive the organization's growth and competitive advantage.

Strategic Planning: Developing and executing an innovation and technology strategy aligned with Software and AI Line of Business's goals and objectives. Technology Evaluation: Identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the business. Research and Development: Leading R&D efforts to create new products, services, or processes that drive innovation and competitive advantage. Team Management: Building and managing a team of professionals responsible for innovation, research, and technology development. Budgeting: Managing the budget for innovation and technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Collaboration: Establishing partnerships with external organizations, startups, or research institutions to leverage their expertise and resources. Intellectual Property: Protecting and managing intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Project Management: Overseeing the execution of innovation projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks associated with innovation and technology implementation and developing mitigation strategies. Reporting: Providing regular reports to senior management on the progress and impact of innovation and technology initiatives. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation. Compliance: Ensuring that all innovation and technology activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
