About the Department

The  Retail  function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

Work on projects across regional markets to manage, coordinate and standardizing operating model across countries. Work with broader regional stakeholders to harmonise and standardize business requirements for marketing analytics purposes e.g. historical data, marketing models Track and drive resolution of regional concern by consolidating requirements and bringing right parties together e.g. tech solutioning of data transfer Lead regular regional cadence and organized regional workshop to facilitate alignment, discussions and best practice sharing across markets and group

Job Requirements

· Recognized university degree with minimum 3 years of experience in banking or consulting
· Demonstrated project management capabilities with regional projects
· Strong communicator and good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
· Driven and resourceful problem-solver who can be relied upon to deliver results with minimal supervision
· Proven ability to manage multiple tracks in tight timeline and is adaptable to evolving business needs and challenges
