Associate/Assistant Manager/ Manager (Portfolio & Asset Management)

We are recruiting for a Multi-Asset Company who has listed REITs, private equity and public equities. This is a newly created position and working very closely with an established senior management team that embrace an excellent work culture of performance.

You will be responsible for formulating and executing overall Fund strategy, including overseeing asset allocation and asset management plans to achieve the investment targets. You will oversee, prepare and manage annual asset plan / budgets and financial reports, with the assistance of the asset management and finance teams.

You will actively monitor the performance of the Fund(s) under management, propose and implement strategies to drive the overall performance of the Fund(s) under management. This will include recommending asset enhancement, redevelopment, divestment opportunities and managing the sale process.

You will participate in any potential development/ investment transaction process, liaise with various stakeholders in the conceptualization, formulation and implementation of asset enhancement or customer initiatives and projects to ensure successful and timely implementation.

You will maintain good tenant relationships and oversee in lease negotiations to ensure high occupancy rate including setting leasing strategy, re-gearing leases and negotiate surrender/re-letting opportunities. You will be managing and work closely with the appointed property agents to ensure the assets are well-managed.

Requirements:

You have a Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent and has at least 5 years’ experience in direct real estate investments and private equity funds. You are highly numerical with strong financial modelling skills and analytical mind.

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are a fast learner, ability to work independently, multi-task, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (REAL ESTATE) Job Responsibilities: Portfolio Management

• Seek relevant market intelligence and collate global market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of products and services

• Any other ad hoc matters assigned by the Management. Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent.

• Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience in direct real estate investments and private equity funds.

• Strong financial modelling skills, analytical mind, and creative thinking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fast learner, ability to work independently, multi-task, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
