Senior Portfolio Analyst

Job Description

You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas

Perform analysis on divestments

Prepare management reports and board papers

Support annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the Singapore portfolio

Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio

Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification or Appraiser’s License will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience in industrial real estate. Experience in a REIT will be an added advantage.

Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies

Possess strong analytical and financial skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel application

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
