Compensation & Benefits, Senior Assistant Director

Reporting to the Director, Compensation & Benefits, the job holder will drive, develop and review the design and implementation of strategic Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programme to support the University in attracting, motivating and retaining the right talents to support our business strategies.
Key responsibilities
Drive the development of new and review of existing compensation & benefits framework and schemesManage annual compensation & benefits cycle and processes such as stimulation of annual performance bonus and merit increment quantums, preparation of communication materials to key stakeholders and compilation of the allocated performance bonus and merit increment to ensure a timely pay out to the workforceDrive the University benefits program and manage its delivery with the benefits vendor.Conduct industry benchmarking analysis and market research to support the design of C&B strategies and programmesLead and manage the University’s job evaluations exercises; review and analyze benchmarking and trends to identify and develop recommendations to maintain the University’s competitiveness.Partner key internal stakeholders such as HR Partnering, HRIS and NTU Shared Services teams to effectively implement compensation and benefits programmes and ensure operational processes are in alignment with policies.Lead and manage any other C&B projects as assignedRequirements
Degree in any discipline with at least 10-15 years’ of relevant work experience in Compensation and Benefits functionKnowledge in using different rewards consultants’ methodologies in the areas of Job Evaluation, Salary Benchmarking etcStrong analytical thinking and knowledge in driving Compensation & Benefits analysis/ reviews.Meticulous and possess the ability to present complex data in a way appropriate to the diverse audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood project management skills and knowledgeHiring Institution: NTU-
