What You'll Do:

1. Manage the operation of SP Group’s Contractor Performance Management System (CPMS) covering contractors responsible for construction related activities.

Carry out quarterly and annual assessment of applicable contractors’ performance together with various Business Units and functional departments Conduct annual review of the CPMS policy for continuously improvements. Update and enhance internal and external CPMS websites for new contents and information

2. Represent Procurement Branch in the implementation of SP Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Management System

Dissemination of ABC information to Procurement Branch Prepare and organize procurement information required for annual ABC audits Support any ABC initiatives at SP Group level

3. Manage and maintain the Procurement Sharepoint Site and Small Value Purchase app in SP Group’s Intranet.

Manage all access to the procurement sharepoint site including contents. Update contents on the sharepoint site Support any user acceptance testing for new deployments

4. Perform annual budgeting function for Procurement Branch and support the branch in budget data entry into Finance Department systems

5. Support and co-ordinate internal and external audits for CPMS and other Procurement related audits

What You'II Need:

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement involving contractor and/or IT system management Degree in construction or related fields, procurement administration, IT degree in system administration Experienced in drafting and maintaining company level policies, managing corporate IT systems and design of websites would be an advantage Ability to work with multiple priorities, and engage resources within the organization, or outside, to achieve objectives Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and able to manage and influence change Strong communication skills, both written and oral
