Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide HR systems support, to facilitate HR systems enhancement, and to support HR transformation initiatives from both technical and user perspectives. Engage IT teams and/or external vendor to address system issues and perform system enhancements. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and staff on day-to-day activities related to HRIS processes and Applications, and assist in managing improvement initiatives including identifying new system solutions to fulfil business needs. Provide advisory to HR Applications capabilities and enhancements, process improvement, and available HR technologies in the market. Lead HRIS implementation projects to ensure smooth implementation through engagement with HR stakeholders and/or external vendors, identify process gaps and recommend change to processes and/or system configurations to fill the gaps. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR information system and operations across all Mandai Wildlife Group by utilising SAP Success Factors and other satellite systems. Collaborate with HR users, IT teams and external vendors on implementation of HR system initiatives (user requirements gathering, functional analysis, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and post implementation support, etc.) Work with other departments and/or IT teams to design and maintain HR systems interface to downstream systems (e.g. payroll, accounting systems, etc.) Work with team members and/or vendors to prepare for project documentation (functional and technical requirements, project plan and status report, etc.) Work with respective HR stakeholders to identify training needs and requirements, develop training materials when required. Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in IT or relevant discipline, with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in HR Technology Strong HRIS project management skills with track record in cloud-based HR technology implementation, ideally in SAP Success Factors. Strong interpersonal skills and prior experience in stakeholder management and managing external vendors. Strong technical skills in SAP modules such as Employee Central, LMS, and PMGM. Proficient in master data handling, custom portlet design, on-premise value addition projects, enhancing system capabilities and workflow services within SAP environments. Experience working with non-SAP systems and understanding their integration requirements. Knowledgeable about cybersecurity and the impact of periodic updates as well as IT procuring and licensing compliance in relation to SAP systems. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
