What does the role look like?

Implement business process improvement solutions to achieve effectiveness in Order Governance Operation Daily monitoring on Sales Order/Sales Collection status, provide updates to Manager and escalate if necessary Prepare Monthly Reports on Sales Order Tracking/Sales Collection/Sales Support activities Work closely with Logistic team on delivery/collection matters to ensure prompt movement schedule Handle wet-ink contracts and update in-house digital platform for Offshore team to process sales order Ensure completeness of order submission to Contract Management team for set up & archival purpose  Handle enquires from external customer/Sales Managers Handle end to end process for Novation & Short-Term Rental request Monitor Trial machine reservation and raise extension if required through digital platform Guide Sales Managers on Trial reservation/extension & order processing if required Verify 3rd Party Financers settlement invoices and submit to AP system for payment Assist in any projects assigned by Manager when necessary

What are we looking for? 

Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or any related field Proficient with Windows-based applications (MS Excel & MS Power Platform) Meticulous personality and good with details Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Oracle Management System is an added advantage A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Disciplined, able to perform under pressure Candidate with relevant experience in Order Management is an added advantage  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
