About the role & Responsibilities

As Portfolio, Planning, and Performance Lead for APAC you will be responsible for shaping strategic growth choices, crafting new futures, and driving performance for Haleon across the 5 business units in the Asia Pacific Region (Greater China, Indian Subcontinent, SEA-Taiwan, ANZ, and Japan-Korea).

This is a high-level influencing role that has agility at its very core. This will test your ability to engage and influence senior leadership to unlock further opportunities to drive end-to-end performance, encourage efficient and effective resource allocation, and exponentially enhance overall capability across categories, functions and business units.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a broad swathe of experience, interests, and capabilities:

Financial Acumen – ability to dissect financial information to extract actionable insights. Operational Acuity – in-depth and broad understanding of operations that allow you to make actionable analyses and recommendations. End-to-End Marketing Capability – in—depth and broad understanding of consumer insight, effective and efficient communication, innovation, media, and expert marketing Strategic Clarity and Storytelling – deep understanding of the process and practice of end-to-end strategy with the ability to surface and encourage tougher and more focused choices for growth; whilst also crafting a cohesive and compelling strategic story for the region. Building a Network – as this is a network and influencing role, you will need to have the soft skills necessary to build the support you need to drive the change and outcomes you need to deliver.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

At least 15 years Marketing Experience Bachelor’s degree Experience in leading insights analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA/Professional Business Qualification Global experience preferred. Ability to develop others. Experience with creating and deployment of cross-category strategy across geographies and functions. Digital marketing experience FMCG blue-chip experience Exceptional communication and influencing skills. Leadership skills
