About the Role & Responsibilities

As Portfolio, Planning, and Performance Lead for APAC, your primary mission is to influence strategic growth decisions, envision new possibilities, and elevate Haleon's performance across the five business units in the Asia Pacific Region (Greater China, Indian Subcontinent, SEA-Taiwan, ANZ, and Japan-Korea).

This influential role requires agility at its core, testing your capacity to engage with senior leadership to unlock opportunities, optimize performance, streamline resource allocation, and enhance capabilities across functions, categories, and regions.

To excel in this role, a diverse range of experiences, interests, and skills are crucial:

  • Financial Acumen – ability to derive actionable insights from financial data.
  • Operational Acuity – comprehensive understanding of operations to drive informed analyses and recommendations.
  • End-to-End Marketing Capability – profound grasp of consumer insights, communication, innovation, media, and marketing expertise.
  • Strategic Clarity and Storytelling – adept at shaping end-to-end strategies and crafting compelling narratives for growth.
  • Building a Network – essential soft skills to garner support and drive change.
Basic Qualifications

We seek professionals with the following essential skills:

  • Minimum 15 years of Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in leading insights analytics
Preferred Qualifications

Additionally, the following attributes would be advantageous:

  • MBA/Professional Business Qualification
  • Global experience preferred
  • Ability to develop others
  • Experience in cross-category strategy development
  • Digital marketing expertise
  • FMCG blue-chip experience
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
