Our Solution Center staff are experts at creating winning customer experiences in-person or at one of our 18 Global Solution Centers. We utilize support methods through phone, live chat, ticketing, and employee self-service options. We work collaboratively with colleagues around the globe to craft and deliver solutions to our customers.

Become a trusted advisor to customers

As an Associate Helpdesk Specialist, you will be part of Enterprise Infrastructure Services. We evaluate, customize, build, and support products and tools to manage IT infrastructure and scale its operations

As an Associate Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Providing world-class support to customers customers in-person at Solution Centers and over live chat, ticket and phone channels Providing support to peers in order to craft the best solution for our global customers Being able to utilize resources and hunt down solutions to complex problems Working with Senior Solution Specialists on presenting complete solutions to our customers' technical and functional needs Ensuring accurate and secure inventory management practices are followed to ensure compliance Providing actionable and in-the-moment feedback to your teammates to improve our
quality of service delivered

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Degree and good experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk or customer-facing environment Demonstrate knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting, upgrading and repairing; desktops, laptops, and associated hardware Be naturally curious, passionate about problem solving and constantly adapting and learning new things Be able to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace both back and front of house Show a genuine passion for outstanding customer service Be able to re-prioritize and adapt to a fast-moving environment Demonstrate great time management skills
