Job Description
Designing, maintaining, and ensuring group-wide compliance with the Sea International Travel Policy;Processing requests for hotel and flight bookings in a timely and pragmatic manner in accordance with the Sea International Travel Policy;Working closely with third-party vendors and booking agents to operationalize bookings;Maintaining good and proper records of all travel requests and bookings for billing and management reporting purposes through the self-developed travel management system and purchasing system;Addressing feedback and clarifications from travelers regarding their bookings;Responding to after-hours travel emergencies and urgent requests;Implementing continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. travel policy refinement, frontend and backend system improvements, third-party contract negotiations, etc.)Regular reporting to management on travel demand and patterns, as well as ad-hoc analysis when required; andOther special projects pertaining to company travel policy and operations.
