Financial Planning and Budgeting
You will develop and oversee the annual budgeting process for all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, monitor and report on financial performance against the budget, providing variance analysis and recommending corrective actions. Financial Performance Management

Treasury and Cash Management
You are responsible to manage the treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity and investment of surplus funds, oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed and develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure favourable financing arrangements.
Audit and Compliance
You must ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, both local and international, lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion, implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
