Job Description

This role will be in a position to shape an iconic brand by defining the strategy and driving the execution of the StarHub master brand and product brands across various lines of businesses (LOB) under the Consumer Business Group. As the guardian of the StarHub brand, this person will play a critical role in bringing to life the StarHub brand voice across paid, owned, earned touch points, including social media channels to drive reach and engagement with key audiences. With a customer-first mindset, this role will champion the voice of the customer, ensuring a great brand experience and consistency in brand tonality and aesthetics across touchpoints. This role will also represent the Consumer Brand and collaborate with Corporate and Enterprise Brand Teams to ensure alignment and synergy where appropriate.

Long Description

Key areas of responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Marketing

Partner with Insights Team to measure and monitor brand health, extracting insights that can strengthen StarHub’s brand and reputation Support VP, Consumer Marketing to define Brand positioning, goals and strategies and translate into actionable plans Be the brand advocate and influence internal teams to drive a distinctive brand narrative, ensure consistency and a customer-first approach across touchpoints Adopt a thorough understanding of the different lines of businesses and collaborate with product marcomm teams to propose and execute initiatives with an aim to strengthen brand health scores Ownership of brand guidelines and implementation, including regular updates as appropriate Lead a team of seasoned creative producers to create content and shape narratives that aligns to business objectives and drives engagement with customers Champion the adoption of AI to maximise efficiency in content-creation.

Social marketing

Lead social team to drive StarHub’s social presence, with full ownership of StarHub’s brand voice and owned social channels Define social strategy and measurement approach for effective implementation across the business Champion adoption of social marketing best practises and social analytics to drive impact for the consumer business Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing Comms, Corporate Comms and Product Teams to bring business narratives to life in an engaging and social-first manner

Short Description

Role related knowledge and experience:

At least 10 years brand and social marketing experience; experience in or of managing agency partners Creative Agency experience a plus Social Media Marketing experience in campaign and content development along with knowledge of the various Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) Experience and understanding of marketing dynamics within Singapore market Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills Self-starter and autonomous, with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion Balance of strong creative thinker and good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make fact-based decisions while working in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines Able to respond to shifting priorities quickly and effectively when necessary Attention to detail and numbers driven Strong English communication skills, both oral and written Ready to learn and challenge the status quo, with healthy dose of curiosity

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications and related field or equivalent experience
